owned enterprise. Santam bought out Nova Risk Partners and sold 33% to Kagiso Treasury
Services, ensuring excellent BEE credentials. This made Centriq Insurance the first
black empowered insurance company specializing in risk management. Currently, Centriq
Insurance holds 40% of market share, which is increasing at a steady pace.
