Doves Funeral Insurance
Shoprite customers have access to a Doves’ funeral policy from as little as R25 per month. A cash payout of R5 000 per family is offered to pay for funeral expenses. If the funeral is done by Doves, a Shoprite voucher of R500 will be given to the family. A R10 000 policy is also available.
Old Mutual
Shoprite and Old Mutual offer a unique “pay-as-you-go” insurance policy with no monthly premium and the option to top up your when your budget allows. Funeral cover is also available and clients have four options to choose from.
Cover2Go from Metropolitan
Cover2Go is a division of Metropolitan that addresses two challenges that South Africans face today; Financial Empowerment and Access to Financial Services. The policy automatically pays all premiums back to clients if no claim is made in the five year contract period. This insurance policy is exclusively available at Shoprite stores nationwide.
